In October this year at the special invitation of the National Center of Performing Arts (India) and Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music (Vietnam), as well as the Polish Embassy in Hanoi, the musicians of BNO, as part of the Baltic Neopolis Virtuosi, will take a musical journey around India and Vietnam, which will present a business card Polish classical music. The purpose of the tour is to increase interest in Polish culture and celebration in the countries with which Poland in 2019 will celebrate the centenary of establishing diplomatic relations. The musical journey will begin with an extremely prestigious concert that will take place on October 5 in Szczecin, where, in addition to a number of compositions by Polish artists, the song “Sunrise in Asia” specially composed by the Vietnamese composer Phuc Linh will be presented.
In addition, during the concert you will hear compositions of great and esteemed compatriots, works of Mikołaj Górecki, Stanisław Moniuszko and even Fryderyk Chopin. It will be a tasteful evening, full of sounds of the history of two continents.
