The Academy is also a part of Guimar\u00e3es Classico Festival. The course consists of lessons ranging from individual, chamber music and chamber orchestras, conducted under the supervision of professors and renowned musicians, such as Vasko Vassilev, Tomasz Tomaszewski, Emanuel Salvador, Emilia Goch Salvador and Filipe Quaresma. In this year&#8217;s edition of the course, there were 16 contestants, who polished their skills with the support of the masters. Guimar\u00e3es Classico Festival is also a formula of numerous performances which took place in the city of Guimar\u00e3es, among them: \u201dSerioso\u201d &#8211; Al Pari Quartet, \u201dSouvenir de Florence\u201d &#8211; Guimar\u00e3es String Quartet with Guests, \u201dGuimar\u00e3es Academia\u201d- Students audition, \u201dTchaikovsky-Tchaikovsky\u201d &#8211; Guimar\u00e3es String Quartet with Guests, Guimar\u00e3es Classico Festival Orchestra, \u201dViva Vivaldi\u201d &#8211; Vasko Vassilev, Guimar\u00e3es Classico Festival Orchestra.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Guimar\u00e3es Music Academy is a summertime music academy directed towards young, prospering musicians, located in the beautiful city of Guimar\u00e3es in Portugal, belonging to UNESCO.
